What is FuturePro?
FuturePro is an AI-powered management platform built by Wilson Growth Partners LLC — a consulting firm with more than a decade of client work. It packages top management analysis and frameworks (strategy, finance, sales, talent, operations) into a suite of applications that any team can run. You get the rigor of professional advisory engagements at software pricing.

Who is FuturePro built for?
General managers, business owners, and leadership teams who need to think and act at a high level — but don't have the bandwidth to become experts at a broad set of AI tools, prompts, and techniques. We anticipate that the applications and workflows within FuturePro will be useful to people in companies of all sizes. FuturePro is especially powerful for teams that manage multiple initiatives in parallel, since every project lives in its own scoped workspace.

The team at Wilson Growth Partners LLC — a management consulting firm based in the US. Every framework, AI prompt, and output format was tested in real client engagements before it shipped. We built FuturePro for ourselves first.

What AI model powers FuturePro?
FuturePro runs via API access to several models. Primary AI thinking runs through Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, and other models. We constantly evaluate quality of model output for the given task and our platfrom allows dynamic routing to any of 7 AI models. All AI calls go through FuturePro's secure server-side proxy. Your data is never sent directly from your browser to any AI provider, and the APIs we use have zero data retention for any queries or tasks

What is Porter?
Porter is FuturePro's built-in AI guide. It lives in the dashboard and knows every app on the platform cold. Tell Porter what you're trying to accomplish — close a deal, run a review cycle, size a market — and it routes you to the right tool and tells you exactly how to start. Porter can also load project data across apps to answer cross-app questions without navigating away.

Q
Is there open registration?
No. FuturePro is invite-only. Your organization admin creates accounts and invites users by email. This keeps your org's workspace private — no uninvited user can access your projects.

How does onboarding work?
We start with a demo — a guided walkthrough of the platform tailored to your use case. After sign-up, your admin gets dashboard access immediately. Most teams are running their first AI-generated output within 30 minutes of getting access.

Can multiple people use the same organization account?
Yes. Each organization can have as many users as needed. Admins manage invitations and roles. Projects can be set to private (creator + invited members only), organization-wide (all org members), or shared selectively. We do have viewer access as a tier of service for those who simply need to access the tools and not the AI underneath.

Can I use FuturePro for multiple clients or companies?
Yes. FuturePro is project-scoped — you create a separate project for each client or initiative within an application, and all data is cleanly isolated. Many consultants and agencies use one FuturePro org to manage work across their entire client portfolio.

What does the AI actually do in each app?
It depends on the app. In Strategy, AI generates SWOT analyses, market assessments, and strategic recommendations. In CFO, it builds financial health diagnostics and board-ready summaries. In Pulse, it synthesizes interview responses and identifies themes. In Sizer, it models TAM/SAM/SOM with sourced assumptions. Every AI action is tied to a consulting-grade framework — not generic text generation.

Can I bring my own data — documents, spreadsheets?
Yes. Onboarding to the platform, you are invited to upload documents that provide context on your company. Most apps support document upload. Strategy, CFO, GTM, and others accept PDFs, Word docs, and text files as reference material. The AI synthesizes your documents into the project context so outputs are grounded in your actual data, not generic assumptions.

Will AI outputs sound generic?
They shouldn't. Every project in FuturePro is context-rich — you fill in company identity, strategic position, market context, and competitive landscape before running AI. Porter also loads your org context (brand voice, industry, priorities) into every conversation. The AI has a lot to work with before it generates anything. AI is a 'partner' in the process of business analysis, planning, and execution.
Credits and Pricing

What are credits?
Credits are the fuel for FuturePro's AI and how we ensure access to the latest and greatest models without compromise. When you run a strategy analysis, generate a coaching plan, score leads, synthesize interview data, or ask Porter a complex question — it uses credits from your monthly pool. Viewing existing content, navigating the platform, and reading outputs does not use credits.

What's the difference between a Viewer and a Creator?
Viewers can access all 30 apps in read-only mode — they see every project, every AI-generated output, and every plan. They cannot create projects, edit content, or run AI generation. Creators (Starter and above) have full creation and AI access. Viewer accounts are $25/user/month — designed for executives and stakeholders who need to consume work without generating it.

What happens if I run out of credits?
You'll be notified as you approach your limit. You can purchase additional credits at any time without upgrading your plan, or wait until your next billing cycle to reset. AI generation is gracefully blocked when credits are exhausted — no in-progress work is lost.

Do unused credits carry over?
On annual plans, credits carry over month-to-month within the subscription year. On monthly plans, credits reset each billing cycle.

Is Starter and Professional pricing available?
Starter and Professional tier pricing is being finalized. Contact us for current rates — we're working directly with early customers to find the right structure.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Security and Data

Is my data isolated from other organizations?
Yes. FuturePro uses row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database layer across all 210+ tables. It is architecturally impossible for one organization to read another's data — the isolation is database-level, not just application-level.

Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train or fine-tune any AI model. Each request is processed in isolation, and your content stays in your org's scoped workspace.

Where is data stored?
All data is hosted on Supabase (AWS infrastructure), encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We do not self-host database infrastructure.

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after termination, then permanently deleted. You can request a full data export at any time before or after cancellation.

What support is available?
All plans include email support. Enterprise includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager and SLA guarantees. During early access, we work closely with all customers — reach us via the demo request form and we'll get back to you the same business day.

Do you offer training?
Yes. We offer guided onboarding sessions to walk your team through the platform. Enterprise customers get a structured enablement program. All customers have in-app guidance through Porter.
