What are credits?

Credits are the fuel for FuturePro's AI. When you run a strategy analysis, generate a coaching plan, score leads, synthesize interview data, or ask the AI Concierge a complex question — it draws from your monthly credits allowance.

Every Full seat includes 1,500 credits per month. Viewer seats don't use credits — they just read. Unused included credits roll over up to 3 months.

Need more? Buy credits anytime at $0.08/credit, or turn on auto top-up so you're never interrupted mid-task. Purchased credits never expire.

What's the difference between a Full seat and a Viewer seat?
Viewers can read all projects and plans across the org but cannot create, edit, or run AI generation — and they consume no credits. Full seats can build projects, run AI analyses, and use every app feature, with a monthly credits allowance included.
What actions use credits?
Credits are consumed by AI generation — running a strategy analysis, generating a coaching plan, synthesizing interview data, scoring leads, and other AI-powered outputs. Reading existing content, navigating, and editing by hand are free.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You won't be cut off mid-task. With auto top-up enabled, your balance is automatically replenished (billed at the per-credit reload rate) so long-running work like meeting transcription completes — and you're notified. You can also buy credits manually anytime, or wait for your monthly allowance to reset.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused included credits roll over month-to-month, up to 3 months' worth. Credits you purchase separately never expire.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes — per-seat pricing drops as you add Full seats: 10+ seats $180/seat · 25+ seats $160/seat · 50+ seats custom.
Is there an annual discount?
All plans are currently billed monthly. Contact us to ask about annual options.
Is there a free trial?
We currently offer demos and guided onboarding rather than self-serve trials. Request a demo and our team will walk you through the platform.
Can I change seats after signing up?
Yes. You can add seats or switch a user between Full and Viewer at any time. Org admins manage seats from the admin panel.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is org-scoped with row-level security — no cross-org access is possible. AI-generated content is never used to train models. See our Security page for full details.
