Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

FuturePro is designed for legitimate business use: strategic planning, financial analysis, sales operations, talent management, and related professional activities. You may use FuturePro to support your organization's internal business operations and client work.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use FuturePro to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload, generate, or distribute harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Infringe any intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, accounts, or systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse the platform or API
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to the platform without written authorization
• Build a competing product using knowledge substantially derived from FuturePro
• Use AI generation features to produce content that is intentionally deceptive or misleading
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or perform denial-of-service attacks against the platform
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
• Circumvent any security or access control measures

3. Content Standards

All content you upload or create in FuturePro must comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe third-party rights, contain confidential information you are not authorized to share, or violate any contractual obligations.

AI-generated content reflects inputs you provide. You are responsible for the prompts and context you supply, and for reviewing AI outputs before using them in real business decisions.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate reported violations and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this AUP. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
