1. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, work email address, and organization information provided during signup or invitation acceptance.

Usage data: Which features you use, how often, and when. Stored to support analytics, rate limiting, and platform improvement.

Content data: Projects, documents, AI-generated outputs, and other content you create or upload inside the platform. This is your data — we process it to provide the service.

Communications: If you contact us via the demo request form or email, we retain that correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the FuturePro platform; authenticate your identity; enforce access controls; send transactional emails (account invites, notifications); respond to support requests; analyze usage to improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content data for advertising. We do not share personal data with third parties except as described in the Sub-processors section.

3. AI and Large Language Model Processing

FuturePro uses Anthropic's Claude API for AI generation and OpenAI's Whisper API for voice transcription. When you use an AI feature, the relevant input content is sent to the applicable provider's API for processing.

Your content is never used to train AI models. Our agreements with Anthropic and OpenAI explicitly prohibit training use of API-submitted data. Data is processed per-request and not retained by these providers beyond the processing window.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for the duration of your subscription. After account termination, data is retained for 90 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

Access: You may request a copy of your personal data at any time.

Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.

Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Portability: You may request an export of your content data in a machine-readable format.

GDPR: If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Our lawful basis for processing is contract performance (account operation) and legitimate interests (platform security and improvement).

CCPA: California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (if enabled) require your consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Sub-Processors

We use the following third-party sub-processors to operate the platform:

• Supabase — Database hosting (AWS infrastructure). Data storage and authentication.
• Vercel — Application hosting and CDN.
• Anthropic — AI generation (Claude API).
• OpenAI — Voice transcription (Whisper API).
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including row-level security, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, and invite-only access controls. See our Security page for details.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify active users of material changes to this policy via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
