Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FuturePro. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself and your organization.

2. Subscription and Billing

FuturePro is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription tier, pricing, and credits allowance are determined by the plan you select. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Viewer tier subscriptions are billed monthly. Creator tier subscriptions (Starter, Professional) are billed annually unless otherwise agreed. Enterprise contracts are governed by a separate order form.

Credits are consumed by AI generation actions and reset at each billing cycle (monthly plans) or carry over (annual plans). Unused credits do not convert to cash value.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes take effect at the next renewal.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (c) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the API; (d) resell or sublicense access to third parties without written permission; (e) upload content that is defamatory, harmful, or infringes third-party IP rights; (f) use the Platform to compete with FuturePro by building a substantially similar product.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform IP: The FuturePro platform, including all software, frameworks, AI prompts, and design, is the proprietary property of Wilson Growth Partners LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform during your subscription.

Your content: You retain all intellectual property rights in content you create using FuturePro — your projects, plans, and outputs are yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

AI-generated content: Outputs generated by the Platform's AI features are provided to you as part of the service. We make no warranty about the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before relying on them.

6. No Professional Advice Warranty

FuturePro provides AI-powered analytical tools. The Platform does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or professional consulting advice. All outputs are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WGP'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TBD — confirm with counsel]. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
